Oroku Saki was a nice touch. Not sure about the relevance of the year though. Surely they could have dug up some piece of obscure Turtle lore to reference for all those smug fanboys and fanbitches out there to nod their smug, oily heads solemnly and chortle 'Ha! Quite so...'? Otherwise, it reminds me of the nightmarish frog eating sequence from Les Triplettes de Belleville and the woodchipper from Fargo. Not to mention ye olde Play Doh Barbie Hair set. But why Mikey? What's better than a tee with one monkey?
I know this one has seen the light of day many-a-time on the blog circuit, but I really think it deserves the cred, it is just that damn hot. The new pressing is available in under two weeks, but order now to avoid not owning one.Olly Moss is one of my favourite tee designers, even when his designs don't have a monkey. And that's saying something.
