Amber and Matt got married at the Lindley Scott House - ceremony/reception at a big yellow mansion. She looks fantastic! So many people commented on how Amber's hair (real hair, no extensions!) reminded them of Farrah Faucett. Look at her and tell me her hair doesn't remind you of Farrah? (see slideshow)

Wedding Photography Mission Inn Riverside
Erenly and Brian had such a lovely wedding (see slideshow) - pretty much every square inch of the Mission Inn was a photographer's paradise! I mean, I just couldn't take a single bad shot - of course the bride and groom were awesome models too. It was probably the most difficult place for me to shoot coz I had to navigate a maze of stairs and hallways (got lost serveral times as well) to get from one spot to another. My legs are still sore from doing all that climbing (had to because the elevators were so damn slow!) and running. I didn't mind all that though since this was one of the places I've always dreamed of shooting. And it was all worth it! (click on images to view larger)
I'm also playing around with a beta version of Showit Web - a neat little slideshow program that allows me to create instant slideshows online easily. Check it out!

Moss Point Laguna Beach engagement pictures
Jennifer and Kirk picked out this secluded little spot at Woods Cove and it's perfect for shooting engagements because not that many people know about it. With less people and being in a great location, it's easy to be yourself, and be romantic.

Wedding Photography Los Angeles Union Station
Melissa and Daniel had their ceremony at the most unique (and magnificent) place - the Los Angeles Union Station! Talk about grand scale - I didn't have a lens wide enough to accurately portray how HUGE this place is. This central train station was built during the late 30's, showcasing the height of Art Nouveau, everything inside was beautifully hand crafted - it's one of the most remarkable venues I've ever shot in Los Angeles. Congrats Melissa/Daniel! What an awesome wedding...

Engagement Pictures Laguna Beach
We found this beautiful little beach right below the Montage in South Laguna Beach. Really nice place to walk around and enjoy the ocean without too many crowds. Shannon and Bret's wedding is just around the corner next month and I can tell we're gonna have us a great time!
Shannon/Bret/Coco, LOL! (I know you're gonna read this) I'm excited to be shooting your wedding - you guys are really awesome!

Hurrican Relief Efforts
There are over 200,000 refugees from Hurricane Katrina's devastation. All are in need of supplies, food, shelter, clothes, and kindness. Employees at Ameriquest rally in an effort to help with the relief efforts through "Operation Brown Bag" in which food, clothes, toilettries, etc. will be packed in brown bags donated by Ralphs. The effort resulted in thousands of brown bags that will be delivered over this weekend to the victims that are currently sheltered in Houston's Astrodome. I encourage everyone to also pitch in either by volunteering or donating to the Red Cross.
