Renaissance Paintings

Renaissance art is the most famous traditional art direction that remains popular today, after about 500 years.

In fact, the biggest contributors are not familiar names in the world and as much as any artist of modern art periods are met. This article aims to identify the most famous Renaissance paintings and a little of each other.

The Renaissance encompasses many different changes in society, not only painting, and represents the transition from medieval to modern times. The paintings from this period are known and respected as an important factor. Art of the Renaissance began in Italy and throughout Europe, in several European countries, influential from 1400 until around the end of the 16th century.

Due to the excessive influence of the time, many of the paintings were religious images and symbolism of time. Sandro Botticelli's Magnificat and Titian's Sacred and Profane Love are examples of the typical styles used of the time.

The most famous artists of the Renaissance came from Italy, France, Netherlands, England, Northern Europe and Spain. Other good examples of art from that time to study Leonardo Da Vinci's Mona Lisa, The Last Supper, & The Vitruvian Man, Michelangelo's The Creation of Adam, Pietà, David and Donatello's Primavera & The Birth of Venus. The oil paintings from this period led directly to the Baroque art, which constitutes the contemporary art we have today accepted. It remains important for all to see, and much in art and drawing enthusiastic about.
