Artichokes have caught my eye! Besides being totally yummy, they are also extremely visually striking when used in different elements of a wedding. They are also eco-friendly because you will be using less flowers. Both green and purple artichokes add a fun twist to a bouquet, centerpiece, escort card or even cake!
